Extremely disappointed with tradovate. Now their platform is unreliable, often freezing at crucial trading moments, leading to unnecessary losses. Customer service is a nightmare - unresponsive and unhelpful, making a stressful situation even worse. tradovate is what i like the most is so straightforward, the biggest drawback is that you cant manage multiple accounts as seamlessly as you can on ninja. Tradovate is also our recommendation. I think managing multiple accounts will be better in the future with Tradovate, since Tradovate is now part of NinjaTrader.
