Tmobile cellspot not working.
I switched to T-Mobile a few months ago and service has been great. I recently switched jobs and am working in relatively rural MD. The town itself has 5G and pretty great service. However, I work in an old building and the reception is terrible. Can’t even send texts or make calls. Wifi unfortunately isn’t an option either.

If T-Mobile orders a replacement CellSpot; request that the CellSpot is placed on its own separate account and NOT simply added to your existing account. Then you MUST make sure that you get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from T-Mobile to return your old CellSpot.

I have the same issue with mine, doesn't do anything, I have unlocked phones that support all the bands but I dont know if it's t mobile phone specific. We use unlocked phones and they connect to the booster fine - Nexus 5x, Sony Xperia Z1c, and Moto G4 Play.
