The Xumo works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please unplug the Xumo, reboot the modem and router then plug the Xumo back in. Let me know if this helps.The advantage of Xumo over using Roku is that you can enter a channel number on the remote control, and overall the remote control does a better job of controlling your TV and receiver volume and on/off. Navigating the cloud DVR service is clunky. But no different than the Roku.I personally use the home DVRs independently combined with Spectrum TV app access on a Samsung TV, iPhone and Roku.
