Spectrum app not working on roku code rlp-999.

I tried loading my Spectrum Streaming channel and it will not work...I have contacted spectrum and they cannot figure out whats wrong. I have unplug the tv and did a factory reset...Still not working ... Are your Roku channels not working? When you say you reset the router was it just a power cycle or did you factory reset it. If just power cycled I recommend performing a factory reset.
