This is a bit better than what's shown in the video (loses 2 ticks/cycle less). If you don't want to get hit at all you need to time the first hit from the sw corner and skip the next hit. Ive solo'd bandos tons with lower stats than youre (mid 80's, no 90's) but could only get one maybe two kills per trip, and it was no easy task. If you’re an ironman, you’ll have to solo Bandos. When soloing Bandos you want to apply the same “walk under” strategy as the tank does in a duo/trio fight. This means you walk under General Graardor after every 2 whip hits to reduce the amount of damage you take from the boss.
Bandos godsword requires 75 and costs 990,256. Staff of light requires 75 and costs 5,599,008. Royal crossbow requires 80 and costs 353,319. Optional boosts: Illuminated Book of War is a free quest reward from Horror from the Deep and One Piercing Note. Salve amulet (e) is a free quest reward from Haunted Mine and Lair of Tarn Razorlor (miniquest).
Note: This is currently the lowest level to solo Bandos, as for now. The lowest you can solo Bandos is around 36, which you can train strength without gaining hp exp through barbarian fishing or the pump method from Blast Furnace, but I don't have the patience to do that.
