You need Cathedral Weathers of course and the Particle Patch. The rest of the mods are just highly recommended, not actually required for the ENB to work. I do recommend you use Obsidian Mountain Fogs and a lighting mod like Window Shadows like Rudy recommends. Also, grass not matching LOD can be fixed with something like xLODGen.Less atmosphere than Rudy but more clarity. I'm pretty new to trying these, but the ones I've enjoyed the most is Cathedral Weathers+Silent Horizons. I use ELFX & ELFX Shadows as well. Cathedral Weathers + PI-CHO ENB. Desmond's Lusty ENB + Vivid Weathers is nice.
