Personally I think Seraph Rounds & Range MW is overkill on range for PvE and I'd look for a reload perk in one of those slots. Honestly this gun is nice cus you can tailor it to your needs really. I use smallbore/steady rounds/threat detector/surrounded. Stability MW. This gun is just insane with the two end perks.
