It was started when Hershey area members of the Antique Automobile Club of American (AACA) petitioned the national AACA to be recognized as a regional club. After that a small show started at the stadium which grew over the years to be what it is today. The five-day event, culminating with the Saturday judged show, consists of three segments: in addition to the show are the vast flea market and the Car Corral.
