Some of the behavior suggests a battery problem and I note you replaced the battery and the engine started and ran a bit but then died. Check all your speaker connections because if there's a short in just one connection the radio will terminate the audio to all speakers. Rotate it from off to run (not start) 3 time within 5 seconds. you'll end up leaving it in run. Any stored codes will display on the odometer readout.
