I manually compile Atmosphere and use the kips and exo through hekate, its way cleaner than Kosmos. Kosmos comes with a ton of crap that I don't need (ex. sigpatches, additional sysmodules etc) and its a pain in the ass to get rid of that stuff every time kosmos/sdfiles gets an update. First off, update to Atmosphere 1.4.0, same for the signature patches I just added to the OP. If after updating both Atmosphere and the sigpatches you still have that issue, then try booting in Maintenance mode. It's absurd how many issues that simple thing that fix.

Atmosphere 1.6.0 is on pre-release. Though the Switch will boot, please note that not all modules have been updated.
