I feel your pain. I spent six moths battling IBKR before giving up on it. I trade a similar basket and IBKR and Tradestation are the only platforms I've found with the data I need that aren't stupid expensive. Tradestation has been working really well for me. The realtime streaming API has it's quirks, but it gets the job done.

TradeStation and Tastytrade may accept (most, if not all) European customers, but as far as I can tell, TD Ameritrade does not, due to regulatory constraints.
