I've trained nothing but Div since the start of DXP. Went from 82-96. All while wearing Silverhawk Boots. I've also went from 84-92 agility from just the boots (currently getting on average 170k agility xp/hr for training div) I have enough feathers to go all the way to 99, and I don't have to step foot on an agility course.
