The RAV4 interior is a lot more "basic" than the CR-V. It's well done and it looks decent, but it's far from the luxury look of the CR-V. Hybrid (or even Eco mode for the gas models) let's you control acceleration better so you don't step on it too fast from a dead stop. I would say the upgrade from a gas to a hybrid is about 50% better, and from the hybrid to the prime, about a 15-20% upgrade. At least, that's how it feels to me.
