Now, won't start, dash and radio lights go on and off, wipers on and off. Had it towed to local dealership and it started up fine several times. No trouble codes were found.

Turned out under the shifter assembly and center console, there are dual ground eyelets. Mine were not tightend to spec. Tech put on a scanner, with in 1 hour had the issue solved and tightend the eyelets to the ground bolt. The latest nanny update on the shifter via the recall makes this process worse. Now if you open the doors even with the shifter in neutral the indicatir will begin blinking and require stepping on the brake to shshi into park and back to drive.
