General Information. Hell Week is a grueling but fun series of workouts in the days leading up to Halloween. It usually runs from October 24th to October 31st every year. If you complete a minimum number of workouts during Hell Week (5 for 2021, 4 for 2022), you may receive a cool t-shirt or tank top from your studio.
