We ran some test buses for them. after several calibration attempts they came out with a calibration they thought would fix the problem, and it has on several units. But I still have some that are putting fuel in the oil. The specifications of the Maxxforce 7 seemed great in practice, with 350 hp at 3000 revs per minute, and a 650 ft-lb torque when you would hit 2000 revs per minute. After the filters were changed the bus still will not start. It will crank and crank, but not kick over. If the system is manually primed it will run for about 5 seconds, then chug and stall.
