Gosplitty said the Gm refused to cancel on their end I payed for two reservations due to me believing I was dealing with a honesty person. I spend 10 yr in Hospitality, and very disappointed in my stay. I was charged 40 dollars for a upgrade. When dealing with 3rd party if we had the rm available we would accommodate the guest.

I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.

Deceiving price, customer beware. Gosplitty gives a deceiving price. I would rate this site a -5 stars if it was available. After booking and staying at the hotel I received a bill for $99 from the hotel. They charged for parking and hotel blah, blah fee.
