The only enemies that respawn are red bar goblins & hobgoblins, yellow bar hobgoblins & minotaurs, and miniboss minotaurs. Most damage you take will be coming from the vex line rifle (vex sniper) and the vex slap rifle, both of which are solar, so throw on solar resist chest mod and maybe sniper resist too. Assassin cowl, you can heal/invis off of the throwing melee, grapple melee, and finshers. Throw on the overshield while finishing and you’re unkillable if you can chain finishes and melee kills.
