Hello, I have a newly installed nest hello that works well aside from the indoor mechanical chime not working. I have a standard north american doorbell transformer, I measured it at 28vac. if I short the terminals at the doorbell it chimes properly, which makes me think there isn't an issue with the "chime connector" piece.That is not actually true. Installed in series an OhmKat power supply ==> chime==> nest hello works without a chime connector. If there is no wifi the electrical response from pressing the bell will cause the chime to ring.
