Feb 11, 2019 · Stellaris crashes when loading a saved game. Hi All, I am pretty sure this issue is a mod, but removing them does not get my saved games to reload. I have found, since the update to 2.2.4 that I am unable to load a saved game. The progress bar goes to about 10% and then the games crashes out. This also happens if I opt into 2.2.5. Add bookmark. #2. Right-click on stellaris.exe, properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullscreen optimizations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply, and exit. Then in the launcher Game Settings menu,select the fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, refresh rate 60. THEN test with a new unmodded galaxy.Try to run the game with only 1 of the 3 mods, and see what happens. Then run with the second of the 3 mods, and see what happens. Then the third.
