Radahn can kind of be done whenever but it depends on how you wanna fight him. You can very easily just keep summoning the NPCs and never even get near him for the whole fight. If you wanna actually fight him, either 1 on 1 or helping the NPCs, than I agree with other comments around 60-80 is probably good.
