I have a 1998 Kawasaki Mule 2510 that won't stay running. It sat for 10 years with only a few hours (20) on it. I changed all the filters, drained the gas tank, put new fuel, oil, and it started fine. Now after about 30 hours it starts and stalls out when trying to use it. So hear it goes. Located your fuel pump relay under the seat by the battrie. dissconnect it. Locate the black/white wire and the black/blue wire that comes off the wirring harness. Simply plug them together. If there isn't any rust on the pinion shafts all you do is. remove bolts from hanger bearing and any thing that is in way of. slideing hanger over to one side and pull drive shaft from rear diff. than pull shaft apart. Now you can pull the frt part from frt. diff. Than go to your vise and have at it.

I bought it that way, It kinda looks like it hadnt had the oil changed and it was abused. But the parts are really expensive for it. To rebuild it i"m looking at over $1500. D.

Yes there is an adjustment, - if it is "self adjusting", - you will have to pull the brake drum off and look at it, - you just turn the adjuster back about 1 or 2 turns, and then see how it "spins -- (after you have re-installed brake drum), and applied brakes once to "center the brake shoes"!
