Browning Patent was in 1915 And that was basically the Remington Model 17 with a few changes. Model 17 was only available in 20 gauge.I have an Ithaca 37 with the 7 round extended mag tube and would like to replace the remove the barrel and mag tube to clean them and replace the forend while I'm at it.
