The tank comes out with the starter. Pop the tank out of the starter housing and replace its internal hose first- about 6" of 3/16" OD Tygon hose and a new fuel filter. Get another foot of Tygon and remove the handle cover (one phillips screw) and feed the hose through to the carb. Cut off any excess hose.Remove the carburetor.
