I turned my xFi into bridge mode because xBox complains double NAT gateway, however, now I figured out maybe it's better to turn my router to bridge mode instead of xFi -- because Flex stops working now. However, in bridge mode, xFi doesn't have Wifi, I can't connect to it by 10.0.0.1.

The XB8 is great if you want it to manage your network for you. If that is not your thing then put it in bridge mode and use your own router. XB8 has better Wi-Fi specs than your router. If you don't have Wi-Fi 6 or 6E devices, then you won't see a difference in speed.
