They're claiming they've never had one show this code before. Currently they're talking with Polaris to solve the problem. I'll keep you posted.Haven't had any codes on my 2018 General 4 yet, but to clear the codes on my 2013 Ranger 900 they disappeared after you turned off the switch an back on. On my 0ld 2009 and 2006 you did have to do what Pirate said disconnect the ground cable at the battery for 20-30 seconds.
