Like ehaq said, some traditions can only be obtained if your culture already has it, or if u hybridize for it. Another good reason to hybridize is the starting 100% acceptance for both cultures. Very handy if your culture is a minority in your realm, just hybrize with the largest culture and boom! Loyal vassles.
