Sjknight413. You are vastly overestimating the power of the deck, you're comparing a low power APU to a 2070 which is a very powerful dedicated GPU. Capping to 30fps is the way to do it, but you should be very impressed a stable 30fps is possible considering you're emulating it. Not really.

Try setting the "Scaling Filter" within the "Performance" tab of the right side menu to "FSR". You should immediately see an improvement.
