With directives coming from people who have never done your job, and management with no training life stance is a horrible place to work. They want you to work harder than ever for less than a living wage and no incentives or raises.Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out. Awful people who don't care.
