The transfer assembly is a very simple mechanism. You won't find many straight 90W gear lubes still on the market. A conventional will be 80W-90 and synthetic will generally be 75W-90. Yeah, the only fluid which should be used in the Honda iVTM/SH-AWD rear differential used on 2G Ridgeline is the Honda/Acura DPSF-II fluid (p/n 08200-9007 or 08200-9007A), which is a partial-synthetic. AFAIK, there are no aftermarket substitute, so be careful here.
