I needed a new keychain, so since I'm playing with acrylic and Lightburn, I decided to do a black inlay on clear, with no glue, using the kerf offset. clear. 784×610 40.8 KB. I've done a lot of inlays before, but never with acrylic. The kerf offset I used was 0.009.

Then I selected the whole drawing and flattened it (Path>Flatten). In Lightburn there is a setting to adjust the kerf offset and I'm starting to play with this. I figure this will loosen the joinery a bit. I'm starting small with only a .025mm offset.
