In RoR2 high proc coefficients and high multie hit is king in this game, and Rex has low proc coefficients from the 10 or so hours I've played as him and all of his attacks besides his lack luster LMB are single hit. In a closed space Rex can seem good but I don't see how he can be considered good when compared to the rest of the cast.
