I play on PC and yesterday my game just decided that it no longer wants to load up. It just infinitely loads on creating squad. The servers aren't down because my friends can load the game, and so can I on my alternate account. This happened yesterday after I restarted my game because of the annoying sound bug in the lobby. I logged onto r6 after patch 2.1.3 and it gets stuck on the creating squad reen i can see my level, rank and renown but after 5 seconds of waiting on the creating ...Damn. First thing to check is firewall and anti-virus, make sure they haven't partially blocked Siege from using internet connection. Another problem can be UPNP -protocol. Google "Rainbow Six: Siege upnp problem" and read up, if someone has similiar issue than you and fixed it with UPNP settings.

Ubisoft Support are currently aware of server degradation.. Whether it is related to this "ghost squad" issue or not, there isn't any confirmation.
