Same thing here. Steam, Discord, Xbox App all downloaded fine. Battle.net is the only thing that thing I can't get to go. I've tried using a VPN, disabling firewall and anti-virus, connecting to a mobile hotspot that was using cellular data. Nothing works. I got "downloader-prod battle net took too long to respond" every single time.
