I have a 2016 so I don't have the built-in wireless update. I would need to go to GM for an update.Go through the infotainment menus and see if you can find out more about it. Verified this in a cold truck and hit the speaker with a hair dryer, once warmed up speaker worked fine. I replaced the speaker and have been fine since.
