I checked the 10 and 15-Amp fuses in the trunk and they were both fine. I have cold air and multiple fan speeds- just not blowing through the correct location.

After a couple of times, the dealer ended up replacing the HVAC control head unit which seemed to resolve the problem. That was under the warranty period, so no clue what it would have cost.The are individual blend doors for each side. Try turning the system all the way up, turning the car off and waiting for a bit. Then turn it back on, turn the temps all the way down and repeat. when you turn it back on again, see if you can feel heat or cold the same on both sides.
