Dodge caravan radio stopped working.

Yesterday, while I was driving home listening to the radio, then all of a sudden the speakers stopped working. No sound from the speakers but the radio does work. If I turn off and on the radio, the speakers worked momentarily then stop again. 1) FM is silent because when there is no signal the radio doesn't make any noise. Put masking tape on the dash just below the radio trim ring to protect the dash. Remove the trim ring and pull the radio out and have someone hold it for you. Do not disconnect the wiring.
