Jun 7, 2022 · Blue format lights flashing Twice in the last 2 days the blue format lights on the front of my HR34/700 genie receiver have been flashing. First reset had 48 errors and lost all recorded shows. 2nd reset had 16 errors. Restart your device - press the red button on the side or unplug it for 30 seconds, then turn it back in. I can confirm that what did fix the last channel watched issue is a "hard boot". This is pressing the red button (with tv on) for 30 seconds until "reset device" displays on the tv. You will have to connect to your wifi and pair your remote again.
