F350 on 37s.
My 6.5 lift and 37" tire rub under heavey wheeling. They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells.

Assuming similar air pressures and tire construction either 37" tire SHOULD be a little softer riding.

Currently running 37x12.50x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on Ultra 226 Machine wheels with a +18 offset. Full lock is 40 degrees turning angle and these rub at about 38, on the sway bar.Drop down brackets in the front with a shackle reversal, and springs. In the rear go to the ford dealer and buy (2) front/rear spring hangers (the front hanger for the rear springs). Cut off your stock rear spring hangers and put on the ones from ford, buy a good beefy shackle and 6" springs.We have an OEV equipped f350 and a Jeep on 37s. The 6.2 with 3.73s will be a dog, I'm willing to bet even with 4.30s. Yes, you'll need to move up to about a 4.30 gear to have the same drivability. I have a 2017 F250 6.2L 3.73 with the 275/70r18 tires. Those tires are basically 33's and it does just fine, but you would definitely want a steeper gear with 37's.I have OEM on my 6.4, lifted on 37s, and I like them a lot too. Last forever and low dust. Going to a 35" doesn't accomplish much in terms of height. A 6" lift looks good with 37's, but not with 35's. It is the 3.5" kit that allows the use of 37" tires as long as you have/buy the bumper spacer (per the kit manufacturer). Specs are 37"x22" wheels, -24, tires 13.50.
