That's true, the ability to make a bubble, make a healing buddy and shoot chain lightning isn't really enough for the glaives, on top of the "land four shots to charge" there should be an alternative way to charge them or at least they deserve stats above their legendary counterparts, it's grueling reloading the Titan glaive as trade off for the best range it can have.
