My mower has the Powerflow bagger on the 48C deck. The original problem was the PF belt would pop off and the entire PF system would fall off the deck. I took it to a local Deere dealer and they said they fixed it. They must not have tested it because as soon as I got it home and engaged the blades, the belt fell off and the PF fell off with it.

The obvious downside is that it's belt driven, so installation and removal can become a pain if your doing this very frequently. I wouldn't invest in this system unless you intend to bag every time you mow. Power Flow is pricey, I believe it's just over $1,000 for the system.
