At first we think Pitt is affordable by looking at past tuition rate. However, look at new tuition rate, it seems a bit pricy comparing to other OOS schools that S24 got admitted. The reason we fell in love with Pitt after visit is the medical resources and school size. Also the city size of Pittsburgh is just right.

Not an expert here but Pitt encourages you to apply early and the earlier the better the chance with rolling admissions. If your child could be NMSF then I would think they have high enough scores and grades to where the stats would be good enough to get in anyway.
