I just got a new carrier infinity touch wifi thermostat installed a couple of months ago to replace the google nest thermostat I had before, in order to take advantage of the infinity system I have, where the nest thermostat would only do stage 2 heating/cooling and didn't work with the Infinity system as efficiently.

My carrier infinity thermostat (systxccitc01-b) recently died. My local carrier dealer/tech confirmed this and has placed an order with carrier to replace it. Unfortunately my dealer has informed that the thermostat is backorderd and there is not estimate as to when a replacement will ship out.
