I have a TX22 Competition, it was a little picky on ammo at first, only liked CCI Standard Velocity. After breaking it in, it will run anything flawlessly, and feels good in the hand. My son has a P322 and does not like it because of FTF and FTE issues. On a side note a lot of people keep saying TX22 Comp, doesn’t clarify Competition or Compact.

It’s smooth to reload and the trigger is one of the better I’ve encountered on a rimfire pistol. Features: 9/10. The TX22 Compact has some impressive factory features. The optics-ready slide, threaded barrel, and two included magazines make it more than competitive for the price. Fit and Finish: 7/10.

So I am in a compliant state (non threaded barrel and 10rd cap). Really want the P322, but Sig is not making it for restricted states and no immediate plan to. If I have a local shop pin the barrel and block the mag, I will have no valid warranty from Sig on the P322. If I go the TX22 route (non-competition version) it will not be optic ready.The Sig eats every type of 22 I’ve fed it. There’s one or two the Taurus chokes on.
