If your intention is to just enjoy some games at a club, 1400 will do the job. If you want to play some games while drunk on chess.com, 500 is fine! I mean, depends where you are at. I am close to 2k fide and I would consider 2100 - 2300 fide as good, 2300-2500 excellent and anything above to be godlike haha.
