Railjack loot in general is fine, it's just a couple things that are screwed up. Orphix rewards are terrible, and farming Ash is stupid, and a couple railjack armaments are stupidly rare for how few enemies drop them (however, those armaments aren't necessary for a strong railjack loadout, and armaments don't give affinity, so not having them is no big deal).
