Terrible service from a terrible company. Item arrived in West Chester, OH 7 days ago, and has disappeared. The local office doesn't answer the phone, and the company customer service is not concerned nor willing to help. I've never heard of the company prior to this experience and apparently this is standard operating procedure for them.
