The way to shoot this little pistol is rapid fire point&shoot at a close range target. Like you might encounter in a self defense situation. It's not intended to be a target pistol. Shooting it at 25yds is a waste of time and ammo.

Adding it, in my opinion, does shorten the trigger pull as it doesn't travel as far as it does without it. Also, there are some posts about putting a stop in the front of the trigger to limit the forward travel after it resets. Again, that would shorten the over all length of the trigger pull.
