As is very often the case this time of year the best depth has been all over the place; with some fish being caught in 200' and others in 1200'. Most of the dolphin have been on the smaller side, with a few bigger ones in the mix.

From the pier bait it seems to be about a 50/50 split between bait and Doc's Goofy JIgs catching the pomps. Bright colored Goofy Jigs (Pink, Green, and Orange especially) remain the best color choice. Live shrimp, shrimp jig, Thumper Shrimp (Big order on the way, should be in next week), DOA Shrimp, and 3" NLBN all really turn into top baits for the snook as temps ...
