Swapping in a 3.5 lb connector and doing a 25 cent trigger job on a stock glock is a great way to clean up a glock trigger. With Shadow Systems, I just did the 25cent trigger job. If you prefer the stock glock weight, you can keep the one in the glock, or swap in a stock glock weight connector in the Shadow Systems.This still doesn't make any sense. Anyone who can shoot an MR920 well will be able to shoot a Glock 19 well. If you learn to rock an MR920, you aren't going to pick up a Glock 19 and suck at it because the fundamentals don't change. Jan 23, 2020 · I had a MR920 Elite and had problems the first 200 rounds. The trigger is a C at best. I sold it. I own the the Glock 19x, Glock 45, Glock 17 gen5, Glock 30S and the Glock 26 gen4. I have ran all sorts of FMJ’s, hollow points +p and +p+, and have never had a problem with any of these stock Glock pistols. The MR920 does have some non-standard things that the Glock doesn't, like a different sized slide backplate, a round nosed firing pin, and a different extractor spring set-up so not all Glock parts will work in the MR920. Otherwise, I'd say it's personal preference - whichever one feels better in your hand is probably the one to go with. 4. Reply.

I was able to handle both in the last week and I liked the trigger better on the elite. Not sure if there is a difference but it was a little smoother. You are correct. I own both, and the only benefit the mr920 has over the glock 19 is thiner grip, beaver tail, slightly better trigger, and stipple. Sights are a plus, and so is the thread barrel for those that want that. If you know you’re going to want to mod your Glock, the cost of a MR920 might be in the same ballpark as the total cost of a G19 + mods.
